What is the best way to lose weight?

     This is certainly an age-old question.  There are many scientific facts that point people in the right direction of their goals and there are many programs available at various levels of service and cost.  So why doesn’t everyone have the body they want?  Let’s get to that. 

 

     Obesity is taking over many countries.  Nations are trying to fight obesity at a growing rate.  So why is it that we are trying to lose weight by ourselves?  This is a systemic problem and needs to be approached with a systemic solution.  Whenever someone in the family is heavy, chances are that the whole family (or most of the members) could use a little healthy makeover.  Get everyone involved in at the least eating healthy, eating small meals several times per day, making good choices when eating out, and make exercise a group event.  It’ll be a lot more fun and easier to incorporate into your life if it is the family norm.  You can also start a social club in which members of your community get together to motivate and encourage each other and do some group planning. 

 

     The next most important aspect to weight loss is structure.  Studies have shown that people who write down what they eat lose twice as much weight as those who wing it. If you have a plan, you can stick to it and compare your progress over time.  Write your goals for each day each week, and long-term weight loss.  Revise your goals if need be; that goes along with life’s little challenges.  Then write down what you actually did each day to compare it to your ideal. Change both until you find a plan that you can stick to that yields results.  

 

     Finally, anyone who is successful at life has a purpose for doing what they do.  Inevitably, in any endeavor that we attempt, obstacles will arise, plans will be interrupted; life happens.  However, those with a purpose are the ones who find the opportunities in the obstacles and the benefits and lessons in their little or big hiccups.  After losing 60 pounds myself, I know that losing weight is one of the most psychologically challenging things you can do.  You need to have a strong reason for taking on a difficult challenge. 

 

     Now go out and start your healthy makeover!

I have since the begining of febuary eating more heathy and up to now I have lost forty pounds, have more ernegy feel like a millon dollars and I have to say God has prospered my health. Make changes have consistency follow up on and goals are sure success it works.
