Your Commitment to You in 2009
You've made some incredible changes since you were introduced to Tools To Life. You made a concerted effort to change your life, you've set the goals and you’re on the path. Great job to this point!
Hopefully your Thursday Health Inspirations have helped keep you on track and have motivated you to make your health one of the greatest priorities in your life. If even one little point from each week's article sank in, chances are that over the course of the year you've made some incredible progress without even realizing it.
You may have cut back on portion size, or on artificial sweeteners, or maybe on hydrogenated oils, or even soy products. Who knows? Only you for sure. Or perhaps you've started walking more when you felt a headache coming on, rather than grabbing that bottle of aspirin. Or maybe you drank a glass of water each time you wanted to reach for that candy dish at work. Or better yet, you threw that candy dish away, along with the tempting stuff inside it! Again, I applaud you for the incredible progress you've made.
So what's next? Where do we go from here? The answer is, there's only one way…and that's up! We've got great things planned for you this year and a lot of new Expert Programs.
The beauty of Tools to Optimal Health is the immediate impact it will have on each of your lives as we enter into this fantastic New Year. Imagine your productivity skyrocketing simply because you are sleeping better. You have more focus and concentration at work because your body is fit, pain-free, and smoke-free. You are more energetic and enthusiastic because you no longer crave junk foods. And you are emotionally healthy and balanced because you've made a commitment to yourself to be the healthiest you can be.
Wow, now that's a resolution with some teeth. All I ask of you is that you join me along the journey, and I can promise you, no I guarantee you, results. So strap in for an incredible 2009. Can I count on you?
Healthiest regards,
Dr. Carlos
