3 Things I Did Well Today

 I did everything possible to avoid taking an ativan when I started feeling anxious, unfortuantely it didn't help and I had a panic attack.I ate really healthy even when I didn't want to eat anything because of feeling horrible physically.I rode my recumbent bike for 20 minutes! »
