Day 8 - Getting little things done

dealing with "mad" day

 Wow... doing those exercises on anger really brought me down for a couple hours. I didn't "get" angry for most of my life. It wasn't really allowed in my family. The only person who could do that was my mother - and she'd have these tantrums, almost 2yr-old style, all the time.»

The Dreaded Bathing Suit!
