I am awake during commute but.........

Memorising that growing checklist

 The checklist grows ever longer, I'm only just finished day 11 and already 30 lines long. Guess what to do is combine some items, the 1st 10 lines encapsulate one item of getting up in the morning etc, so by doing it also , it will become my behaviour.Love the course so far, lots »

 Ok so I did the "20 thing" about loosing 20 lbs.  And I did not like those last three things one bit. I know that losing weight is more mental than physical, but did I really need to know that I don't really like all the saging body parts that come with the weight loss. Logically »
