A Drinking Water Tip.

My wife and I bought two 75 ounce water bottles and we fill those up in the morning. Then we use that water to fill our drinking glasses. We know how we are doing by how much water is in our main bottle. It is working for us very well.  Having a Great Day! Rich Richard Mathiason »

I'm trying, and will succeed

Three days ago I started to tackle my biggest goal. I have got a healthy eating plan, (not a diet) from a dieticion. So am taking the first step to getting healthier, slimmer, happier and more confident. Step 2 will be to give up smoking. No I am not lying to myself. I know it's wrong, bad and e»

Turbocharging!

I've been following rigorous plan to accomplish my goals, not only be DOING things planned, but cultivating my body.  The Body disciplines the Mind. I've been in a much better mood and rarely get stuck or depressed. Why didn't think of this earlier? Why couldn't I must»

On the Road to Health

Hello, I came here from SparkPages and see this as another tool in my toolbox on the road to health. I have some health issues that have hampered my weight, my emotional health and my finances.  Yesterday I had good news.  I have dealt with ulcerative colitis for 2 years and on Monday»

Consistently inconsistent.

I was looking at my progress on fitness.  I did not do it this week because I was in bed ill.  The week before was great!  The week before that, I was out of town and, despite my intentions, did not exercise, the week before that was great.  The week before that we had other enga»

Big Loser? Coach's fault - weight, stuff, messes...

Day 56. Just lost 25% of my closet.   Lost 18 pounds with no hunger, realized something about a thing called "responsibility" and that I could actually just be definitive and eat no more sugar, for the rest of my life, and virtually no flour. Oh, and I used to love diet»

What a Huge Challenge

I am so enthusiastic about using these tools.  It has made such a difference by waking, clapping  and knowing, "Today will be a great day!" I joined a club today, so I can get out and  swim, exercise in public rather than the dark basement.  It is a »

Visualization turns the tide to health

Day 32 and I can finally say I have been able to eat completely healthily for three days in a row.  This is a real turning point for me.  It's not that I was so awful before, just kind of sloppy and vague about it all, and a bit rebellious, as I've written in fo»
