Breakthroughs: How Does It Work? »
I think my procrastination originates from irrational fears I have of being rejected and/or not feeling I am of value. Today I've been moving at light speed and it surprises me a bit. I like being this productive. I am also continuing to find little projects to do that I've avoided for years. »

I have decided to draw daily. I have an idea for a gallery show I plan to exhibit within 18 mos. My life will be changing dramatically within that time. Not only will I have reduced my weight... I may find myself single again. I love my husband madly. He is amazing. He is so unhappy. I love him »
My breakrgrough, is that by waking up with out a sluggish attitude, actually made me more happier.For the past few days I get up right away with out snoozing, and tossing and turning, even if I didn't get the best sleep, because 20 minutes later, I feel relativly pretty good, instead of 20 minut »
Yay! I have completed my first week of Tools To Life. So it took me nine days. These things happen. The important thing is I still finished the first week. I look forward to completing the entire program and changing myself to change my life. »
