Finished day 7 of Tools

 Starting to get the idea.  Haven't been following all the rules but I'm realizing that there's no point unless I do.  Eight has always been a good number in my books so I'll see how tomorrow goes. »

 Been off all drugs for 3 months now. slipped up once in . i no if i continue on this journey i can beat it all. My drinking is slowing and being more responsible with it. I no in time smoking will be my next challange. I Love this!! »

One month & going strong...

 TTL & the PFR are impacting my life in so many positive ways.  I'm one month in, and will continue TTL until I complete it this time around.  I've learned nothing around me can influence me but myself, so I am not going to let myself down.  »

210 and counting.

 210 lbs was the goal I was shooting for last week. I missed that deadline by a Week. I weighed this morning and YES I DID. I took an extra week but I now weigh 210 lbs. 200 here I come. 15 lbs lost in 97 days. Thanks to tools and the law of accumulation. »

quitting cigarettes and chewing tobacco

 I made the commitment with myself to commit to quiting cigarettes and chewing tobacco. I went through day 1 and it wasnt too bad. I am continuing to be strong, use positive self talk, and also realize the benfits from not using tobacco products. I ran at the gym for 1 hour straight and lifted longer »

finding another door

 working on recording my affirmations. i did take the time to write them out and thought surely we wouldn't have to record them until the end of the week, which would give me time to get to the office on thursday and get my tape recorder from back in my days of practicum transcription.  but »

Waking up on time
