Erika had cheetos out at work and they looked so good, but i thought "i'm worth more than that" then i thought about how it would hurt so much to have heartburn from a cheeto, so i passed it up and felt victorious instead of feeling I was strong and hand't been able to have a treat »
I am so proud of myself. Yesterday I made a commitment to myself that I would do everything this program told me to do, and I would go to the gym 5 days a week at 10:00am Monday through Friday, and not be late, and walk the dog Saturday and Sunday for an hour at 11:00am. I have »
So I have had some great success in implementing more raw food meals into my diet. It feels really good. I dont feel weighed down or lethargic after eating these types of meals. Two big thumbs up!!!!!! »
i guess i could say that one of the big breakthroughs has been realizing and connecting with my attitude and related decisions. i've gotten much better at observing and correcting negative thought patterns, and have a better orientation to "success / action" mindset..... &nbs »
