Breakthroughs: How Does It Work? »
It's been a great week so far! I've shared some of what I've learned here (plus my checklist) with my older sons to try out too. I'm hoping they will see some changes in me and want to find the same ones in themselves... All in all, I've been more uplifted and positive this »

I have taken two carloads, about 5 boxes to Goodwill because I decluttered my closet and my daughter's closet; My daughter's drawer's and closet are completely organized. Including labeled so that she can put stuff away by herself. I had to buy bins and a labeler and a stuffy »

Shocked but Happy to Announce.....I have met my first goal and gone past it! I started off at 286 and wanted to get to 280.Then I wanted to get to 275 and made that. My next goal was 270. As of yesterday I weigh 270! My new Goal is 260. I have not weighed in the 260's since 1996 »
