letting go

  I have had a hard time dealing with the breakup of my ex.  This week, I called her and talked it out without intimidation or any motive but to get my feelings heard.  I feel like a great weight has been lifted and I can let go to move forward with my life without her. »

Only takes time

 Setting time aside each, and doing what you know you need to do for your self is reward in itself. My to=dp list is getting easier and with better intensity. I have found that I made great strides with my diet when I use a food tracker...it has helped me make and keep making the right food choices »
