I went to a Step aerobics class last night. I used to love step but haven't been in over 12 years. Last night, I went to a class and made it through the hour. Granted, I had to just step in place about 1/4 of the hour but I did it... I made it to the end of the class!&nbs »

Im at 987.90 kms on my bicycle odometer. I think it goes back to zero once it gets to 1000kms. Thats 3 months of cycling for me - and I'm feeling better for it! »
Okay this is probably what I've should have done in the first place but, I just got the bright idea to totally cut out fast food from my diet. As well as Starbucks (this should at least help me drop 5 to 10 lbs so that I can get in shape by the summer). I also plan to keep my weight down f »
Today I averaged over 22 kms per hour on my bike over my daily route of 28 kms. Not very fast for pro's I know, but carrying a back pack, old bike - old man - not bad eh? »
They are run by the council, and when i join 1, I'm automatically able to go to any of the 3 of them. So the whole family signed up for the next 3 months to see how we go. As there is a pool there too - we've been in swimming twice today, and having great fun already »
