Exercise increased to non-sporadic, no excuses

I "got it" when Coach commented on this.  I was letting myself put off a few days here and there of my 3-4 days a week.  Now, I don't lose track because I do it every day, virtually without fail, even if it's only for 10 minutes.   I feel kinda proud and good ab »

Signing up for pool classes

At 304 I certainly didn't want to be seen in a bathing suit and probably if I thought about it, I still wouldn't but the fact is that pool is the best exercise for me and my friend.  So, tomorrow night we go to our first class outside of my backyard pool and will be searching over the n »

Up until now I was willing to do just about anything other than exercise, the thought of forced, physical activity was just a turn off.  Anytime I have lost weight I told myself I would rather control what went into my mouth than do any type of exercise, and I was disiplined enough to follow th »

Weighed myself recently...

...I lost 10 pounds and have an extra notch on my belt loop. My big clothes are looking baggier on my and my pants and getting looser. My motivation to keep eating healthy, working out daily, and paying attention to portions is really paying off. I have myself and TOOLS to thank for this.  At l »
