I've just completed Week 1 on Tools! And it's certainly worth noting down all the changes as breakthroughs!
- Waking Up-I've made it a habbit to wake up at 5a.m. daily. And this has led me to being well on time PLUS made it possible to do much more work!
- I've become motivated towards weight loss and actually started dieting.
- I'm working on getting myself more organized. I've made plans of things that i want to get done plusI'm working on building up a daily routine.
- POSITIVE ATTITUDE yeah baby! No words to describe! And all the excitement, motivation and inspiration Tools gives me! Fantastic!
Happy with all these changes in my life! :D Hoping for more!
