Day 50

 Still having trouble with leaving office early, but it´s getting better. Excersise is good! even though results are coming slow, they are coming and I feel better, stretching is something I really needed and I will stick with it. As for meditation, it´s great! For a long time I »

In Just 3 weeks

 In the last 21 days I have gotten up at 6 am for 20 days in a row (slept in this  on Saturday morning). I've lost 4 lbs and am within 2 lbs of my ideal weight, done my entire spiritual practice and meditation every day and  find that other areas of my life are more focused and full of »
