Water Water everywhere just so much to drink

Week 1 - Completed!!!

Another tiny breakthrough

 OK my Goal for today was to wake up at 5:30 jog a bit and go on the gym for 15 minutes.So I didnt get up at 5:30, actually struggled to push myself out of bed at 8:15. Weighed myself recently...

 ...I lost 10 pounds and have an extra notch on my belt loop. My big clothes are looking baggier on my and my pants and getting looser. Day 87 Complete!

 I am very proud of myself. I just finished day 87 of tools. It is quite an accomplishment. But...I know that I could have done more with my tools experience. I know that I can put more effort in and spend more time on myself. I am not perfect and I have not achieved everything that I set out to do. »

Quitting

 I have not had a smoke since Saturday! Week One Down

 So I've finished my first week of tools - I feel pretty good about this, however I am not stoked about brushing my teeth every second I get lol.  But I do understand and recognize the purpose behind it and I buy into this, therefore I am going to make my best effort to brush. »
