Dropped sugar and flour -easy!

 Dropped almost all sugar (don't anything sugary) and almost all flour (as that, too, sets off the alarms and stresses the body). I "get it" about responsibility, rather than letting my life be run by addictions and artifical, short term highs.   Funny thing, I don't »

Dropped coffee down to 1 (large) cup/day

Drinking more water

 Wow! Interesting fact that water improves your health and wellbeing. I been drinking water this week full bottle caring it around with me all day, in the fridge sip through the day. Man my insides needed that clean out detox haha, drinking water is apart of your self esteem. »

learning how to portion control

 So far I've learnt how to portion my food better. I workout and which it feels good, I have smaller plates now. I'm away from the negativity of my father which is good, I feel happier within myself. I don't snack as often as I used either, I love my smoothies for breakfast before I worko »
