Smaller Clothing

Step by Step....Moving Towards My Goals

Cardio is getting better!

 Every day, I go swimming at the rec center. I'm now able to swim 1.5 laps of the full pool without stopping! And my flexibility is definitely improving. And...I'm down to a solid 16 now! »

metabolism coming back

 Today they had a table full of goodies in the staff room. I had two bites that is all.  The rest of the day I walked past it.  I didn't feel left out.  I felt great... But later I noticed all the really healthy people didn't even touch it at all. But the biggies like me... the »

Happy to Announce!!!

 Shocked but Happy to Announce.....I have met my first goal and gone past it!  I started off at 286 and wanted to get to 280.Then I wanted to get to 275 and made that. My next goal was 270. As of yesterday I weigh 270!  My new Goal is 260. I have not weighed in the 260's since 1996 »
