I've put in more time to workout, as it helps my mental well-being to be stable. I did this week 4 days of workouts and 1 day off on Sunday to re-cover. I want more of a flat tummy and slim thighs as I am big boned in my family. Today is Monday and I got up and did a workout, which was Jump rope 20 minutes (practiced it to an idea of it & warm me up), Stretches, Belly dancing workout. Man! At the end I was poring with sweat burning the fat and tighting my abs. Tomorrow workout again with some thing else to keep it from being a boring ruitne.
