I have been eating Vegan now for 2 months. I have lost 9 lbs. without trying to eat less, I have more energy to get through my days and I have no guilt when I look at my plate. This feels very right for me. »
This week end I had family for 3 days of visiting. I managed to have one small glass of wine each evening and no more. This is an accomplishment for me and I am glad I felt so good doing it. »
