today i finished my first week of tools and so far i am really greatful for this program and so far what its tought me. Tools to life is itself a great opportunity! »

I hit the one week mark! It took me almost two weeks to do it, and that is okay. I knew that I wouldn't have time last week so I worked on gratitude and the checklist throughout the week. So I started keeping a food journal for a few days and found out that I eat about 1,000 calories per day just in sweets! So I end up eating about 3,000 calories per day, it's amazing that I am not big as a house. I decided to cut the sweets out of my life until I can learn to controle my eating. I a »
Well I hit that hump last week. My kids got lice, I lost my job b/c I had to stay home and treat them. The pipe under my sink broke, the the toilet stopped up, then the fridge stopped working. It was a hard week and I really struggled to find the opportunities but I stuck with it and I am still here »

Well I got the job at Wendy's and I am now taking online computer classes. I have quit stressing so much about what I can't change in othere people and it is a big burden lifted off of my shoulders. »

After making it all the way to Day 70, I quit 3 years ago and then I gradually went downhill again. Tools was great and really helped me. So last week I started again. THis is my 1 week milestone and I am feeling better. I am so grateful to Coach Steele for creating Tools to Life! »
