Okay, Let's keep this simple, and make it fun!

The more you practice this, and the more you become aware of this the easier it gets. I promise.

From now on, and with every single person you meet be willing to observe your

own words.  If you find yourself telling someone what they should do, observe what you said, and then see if this advice would be more beneficial for you. Do your best to point the finger back at you, and remember to observe it, and do your best to keep it fun.  

All you are required to do at this time, is be aware of your words, be aware of the feelings which brought you to your words, and see how these words apply to you.

Always bring it back to you, and just observe!
