Gratitude changes everything

Goal per member: 28 Days

Being grateful.

This challenge comes from Stephanie Dowrick's book 'Choosing Happiness' and as I was going to do it, thought I'd share.  It is very simple and is described thus:

 

Set aside cynicism for a month or so.  Wrap it in a neat cloth; place it in a drawer.  On a daily basis, for 28 days, write by hand:

"My life as it is is a precious gift'.  Silence the arguments.  Give gratitude a chance.

 

And that's it!  Join me!!

I have been doing this everyday, and I suppose it is the accumulation of many things, but it really is working!  My life is absolutely amazing!!  I think it always has been, I just didn't realise!!  I hope you are all well and finding this helpful.  Blessings, Pip

Thanks for the nudge! I really like this challenge but I plump forgot about it. Today Hurricane Gustov is hurling toward my former home, New Orleans. Thus I am doubly, doubly grateful on so many levels.Not for the hurricane of course...that's terrifying. But for so many related things. Thanks again...perfect
