Getting Healthy in September

Get healthy.

This is a challenge to be a healthier you. We all know what it means to be healthy and everyone has a different goal and that is why I am not saying lose weight. We can be at a great weight and still not be a healthy person. So what does it mean to you when I say get healthy. That will be your goal for the challenge.

 

  • Be optimistic,
  • Eat right,
  • Exercise,
  • Sleep well,
  • And find purpose for your life.

We can all chose our goal for this challenge whether it be to lose 5 pounds, get in our 8 glasses of water, eat our fruits and veggies, or exercise. Please join me in getting healthy.

I need to lower my blood pressure too, which is why I chose meditation for this challenge.
