Exercise 5 Days a Week (30 Min a day)

Goal per member: 700 minutes

exercise. This is to help motivate exercising for at least 30 min a day, five days a week. There are 168 hours in a week, it would seem manageable to set aside 4 of those hours for staying healthy and getting your heart rate up. Any kind of exercise is acceptable. I will be running three of the 5 days and doing muscle strength the other 2 days. The goal is a total of 700 minutes in 30 days per person. I've stepped it up since people were hitting the 600 mark pretty easy. Lets do this!

I haven't run in a very long time... In high school, I ran track (wasn't GOOD at it, but loved it). Last night after doing some pushups (repeating week 3 of the hundredpushups challenge) I decided I'd hit the road and run... well, more of a jog. Still, I went a little over a mile and felt pretty darn good.

Since it has been raining for 3 days, I have been doing housework projects inside.  Back to workout routine tomorrow.

I took some time to rest after  my bike riding  fund raiser.  Then I got some unexpected  emergency reports to do for work. My plan was to make up  for the missed days of exercise during my vacation. I then got sick. I was in bed for three days, and I am now slowly recovering. I am going to renew my commitment until the end of the  30 days. I still have trouble breathing, and I have lost my voice,  but I am not going to  quite.

Didn't get a chance to do anything yesterday, so I doubled up today. 60 minutes strong DDR. Not sure how accurate the workout tracking is in that game, but it told me I did an equivalent to 2.5 miles jogging
