modeps | new activity I haven't run in a very long time... In high school, I ran track (wasn't GOOD at it, but loved it). Last night after doing some pushups (repeating week 3 of the hundredpushups challenge) I decided I'd hit the road and run... well, more of a jog. Still, I went a little over a mile and felt pretty darn good. |

Althia | I have been sick. I took some time to rest after my bike riding fund raiser. Then I got some unexpected emergency reports to do for work. My plan was to make up for the missed days of exercise during my vacation. I then got sick. I was in bed for three days, and I am now slowly recovering. I am going to renew my commitment until the end of the 30 days. I still have trouble breathing, and I have lost my voice, but I am not going to quite. |
