biglifebiglifehi everyone
I love today's podcast on relationship.  I have to learn not to always want to be right.
Bogomolny.VladislavBogomolny.VladislavPodcast from September 26

Amazing! Biglife Coach Steele is addressing your question in real time? This shows about his great efficiency. Let alone he goes every day with new podcast. Single tasking is one of the key point to success.

This podcast has a good point - when doing one thing in a time you're focusing better. Gotta try that.
biglifebiglifeWOW!
I really liked the podcast on time.  I usually wait for them to come on itunes, but when I saw the titlle I had to listen and it is great.  I have a terrible problem with focus.
biglifebiglifeis every else also

listening on itunes?

I love getting these on my ipod and listening while I am going to work.  I'm in NY and they don't show up here till mid day, so I am always usually a day behind, but I love the getting reved up about Monday idea.  How are all of you doing?

biglifebiglifeStress podcast
really great, I am really going to use that. These keep getting better!
biglifebiglifeI know what I want!
But I agree, I don't do what I should.  I'm getting better.
biglifebiglifeHe He
I asked for a longer one
biglifebiglifeI agree Zenda

Yesterday was amazing and I would like a longer one as well.  He did say in today's that he is making more, maybe we should send Coach comments that we would like a longer one, is that too pushy?

In today, once again, it's like he knows me better than I know me.  I did say I have to do that everyday and I did not follow through and was not going to till I heard coach say it.  Now I will.  This is really great!

Day 7
todays podcast was great.  Would like a longer version.
I like the accountibility talks

That is why I join challenges.  I think it is a way of keeping my self accountable. Also keeping me on track because I have to put my results.

biglifebiglifeHi Everyone

I have not logged into Tools for a few days, but I get the podcast via itunes and have been faithful.  Been doing a lot of thinking about commitments, and I think it is true that I have taught myself not to believe me when I say I will do something and then I don't follow through.  What is worse that c0ach doesn't mention is that I don't feel bad about it.  I don't feel bad because I am used to that.  I think we need to learn to feel bad if we don't follow our commitments.

 My thoughts.

I am excited about the new Tools too, don't know Joe's Goals.

Day 2 & 3

Day 2

I had ah ah-ha moment when I realized that my problem is not consistancy but the depth of my commitment.  I don't commit I try to commit. There in lye the rub.

Day 2

I am excited about the new tool hope it is like joes goals.

I am always committed in spirit
but not always committed in action. Like I will be committed for a few days then I take off or slow down.  I used to just stop but now I get back on the wagon.  I guess for me it is more about consistancy than anything else.
biglifebiglifeI have listened to al of them this week

and I have enjoyed them all.  Yes, I take on commitments which I do not like and then I don't do them well.  I need to learn to be selective and honest about my commitments.

I am excioted as I think if I learn this I can really make changes.

Bogomolny.VladislavBogomolny.VladislavThanks for the challange.

I have joined this challenge officially.

Did you enjoy the same podcast as I did - "Commitments?"

It there commitments that you take but you didn't want them and look for a way to get out of it?

biglifebiglifeSo the challenge has started

There are four of us.  We should comment in the podcast section as well and see if we can get others invovled.

First thing I have to say, is when I logged on this morning there was no podcast.  Sometimes they come on at all hours and that can be a bit frustrating.

I really like this weeks subject about ommitment.  I really need to get more committed to my goals and it has me thinking a lot.  I liked the one about thinking about what your life would look like if you had followed through with your commitments, pretty powerful stuff.

What do you all think?

biglifebiglifeGreat to see you all
I am really enjoying the podcasts and look forward to discussing them. Thanks for joining!
