Welcome to Phase III of incredibly successful Hit Gym; Get Strong; Exercise; Lose Weight!

Our goal here is to promote exercise and wellness to

create a harmonious balance in your life.

 

We encourage all types of exercise, no matter what your ability.  All we ask of you is that you work out at least 30 minutes, once per day, 25 days out of 30.  You're going to feel better, look better, and you're going to enjoy yourself while doing it!  So, why haven't you joined us yet?  Come on, join the fun!

Hi guys! Wonderful if you do another exercise challenge! Please change the name if you do...to something unique to your new efforts.

 

Good idea to be thinking about how to continue when the weather gets less wonderful.  I'm doing that now, too.

Hey guys, It looks like we're having a bit of trouble staying consistent (myself included).  I know for myself, when fall comes around it gets more difficult for me to get myself outside, and I need to listen more to my inner voice and just do it!  What do you all do to get yourselves outside when it isn't nice out?

Now, here's a great song to get you amped up and energized for the great workouts you're going to be doing every day!  It's called Basshunter by Dota, and it will get your body moving like nothing you've ever heard.  So, if you are having any problems getting yourself up for exercise in the morning, I want you to get onto youtube, iTunes, or any other service and listen to this song.  I want you to feel the beat, get pumped up, and BE the positive change that you know you want to see in your life!
