Wordbird | On going exercise! Hi guys! Wonderful if you do another exercise challenge! Please change the name if you do...to something unique to your new efforts.
Good idea to be thinking about how to continue when the weather gets less wonderful. I'm doing that now, too. |
eminentpenguin | Push! Hey guys, It looks like we're having a bit of trouble staying consistent (myself included). I know for myself, when fall comes around it gets more difficult for me to get myself outside, and I need to listen more to my inner voice and just do it! What do you all do to get yourselves outside when it isn't nice out?

Achieving wellness is something that everyone can do, and it's something I believe you can all do!
