No more cigerettes

Goal per member: 0 days

Stop smoking. I made a decision to stop smoking the night of Wed night and bought some chewing gums to help. It is now Fri morning and havent had any cigerettes since. I already feel so much better, not necessarily health wise but the fact that I have made a choice and that I have stuck to it and stayed strong. I hope to carry on this way as I will feel so let down by myself if I begin to smoke again. It is something I have wanted to do for a long time but unfortunately failed if I ever tried. So I though to start a challenge on here, even if no one else joins it will still be my challenge.

xdonnax27xdonnax27still staying strong!!!
My 6th night of not smoking tonight, I had a setback Sunday when I had a few drinks on the night and ended up smoking but I didnt let that force me to quit, as from monday I continued as a none smoker!!! It is so much easier now, today I have had 2 or three chewing gums but I am already starting to loose the cravings!!!!!

my 3rd new day of not smoking today, still very difficult but trying to stay strong. I think the biggest reason for wanting to stay stopped now is that I do not want to fail.
