Exercise: Run, Jog, or Walk Everyday.

I want to live healthier and maybe shed some weight in the process.  Join if you'd like to run, jog, or walk everyday.  My goal is 1 mile a day.  Feel free to join even if you have a higher or lower goal!

I'm at the gym now regularly to lift weights but I need regular "cardio" and to enjoy the beautiful outdoors every single day. This challenge will be a great reminder to do that.

 

Today's Inspiration is on losing weight, too.
