Goku | Feels good Stupid neck. Pulled something last week and it took 4 days to get back to normal. But back at it and loving it. Pushing a little harder. Need to cut back on time but not distance. Getting there.

Tourtise | Hiking Instead of miles. AM -- My miles today are not running miles. Zac and I got up early this morning to go hiking. He needed a five mile hike to complete his Second Class Scout badge so we piled in the car along with one of his friends at 7:00 AM and headed toward Snow Canyon. We hiked 2.5 miles into a Geo cache called Erastus Snow. The hiking was strenuous at times and at other times easy going. Over all my legs are tired tonight. I guess that qualifies as a good workout. The views, by the way were incredible. We hiked out on to a mesa / cliff overlooking snow canyon. Had a great time.

![]() | No worries goku Although if you had told me earlier i would ran for you too! Just joking...I think I finally found a balance.....3 mile run on treadmill for 20 min and training on Ark trainer for 20 min at level 6....must say running take a lot of energy out of me though!

Goku | Missed out today.... Pulled a muscle in my neck this morning as I was getting out of bed. No gym today.
Feeling better today...will be back at it tomorrow.

![]() | Ark Trainer Its a jogging machine....only you don't have the impact of running...its kind to your bod :)
Its like you are running in Space...but you use resistance.
It is similar to the cross country ski machine but more challenging !
Decided to the same as yesterday folks...taking it easy on me!

![]() | Yep up and running again 29 min 4 miles....slowed down today....but still good...feel tired though...I think everyday running is a bit much....may I should do every other day! Don't know why...I usually workout every day at the gym.....well let see...tom what happens! PJ :) |

Tourtise | Me Too First day back out running in two weeks. My legs felt great, but my lungs are not 100%. Nevertheless it felt wonderful to be out running again. Looking forward to completing the challenge.
As for as a fun way . . . check out the web site "fastrunningblog.com." It is a cool site that allows you to track your miles. There are all kinds of runners there ranging from the seriously disturbed ultra-marathoners to the weekend warrior type like myself. Tracking miles for me has been a nice motivator . . . similar to the challenge.
