Hi All - I have been slacking too. I have a stress fracture in my lumbar spine. It's not fun, I don't recommend it. I have still been exercising just forgetting to log it. Keep up the good work all!

I've been slacking way too much over the last 2 weeks. I've hurt my neck some how and I think the 2 exercises at the gym is making is worse. So I'm gonna skip those from now on. Just gonna do cardio things for now.

Hi all - having a wonderful time in PA for t-day. Was able to do a little Wii-fit the other day. But I am focusing on just visiting with family I haven't seen in years. Guess this means I will work in extra time next week! keep up the good work! and Happy Thanksgiving!

yeah, i don't know how I did that one. I skipped day 2 when clokcing the hours in. I will see if I can correct it. Thanks for pointing that out, I would not have noticed it!!

Well... The only exercise I'm getting is just at the gym. I'm clocking minutes spent on the equipment there and not time spent in the sauna ect. Riding bicycle is exercise, so I don't see why you can't clock that aswell. Xdonnax is not planning on going to the gym at all. Just doing exercises at home.

 

By the way... How are you manageging to be on day 5 already? Or am I missing something?

Hey "guys" -

so are we clocking mins spent just at the gym, like strength training? or can we log anything? For example I have been riding my bicycle to class to save gas money and get some awesome exercise. Let me know what you think.

I'm glad you guys joined and that I'm not the only one here! I just need to get fit. After that i might start concentrating on specific areas of my body.

My main goal is upper body strengthening. I bought a home gym so I don't have to use the germ infested one on campu! I am so glad I joined this challenge because it is one more motivator that I need.

I am going to join this group although I cant get to the gym right now as I cant afford it or have the childcare. Instead I will do a workout DVD and exercises!!!!!!
