| independantspirit | wouldnt let me enter This program wont let me put in the last two days I walked two more days going for 2 hours each giving me 43 hours |
| independantspirit | Two entries left It is almost over but I hope I continue to get out at least an hour a day. This challenge has helped me do at least that. It enabled me to push myself to walk every day in the fresh air and appreciate nature. Thank you kaykay for the challenge. |

| independantspirit | my walk was rewarding My first walk today was beautiful. The trees were laden with newly fallen snow and it was so peaceful first thing in the morning. My second walk I was able to come to the aid of an elderly couple. The wife was taking her husband for fresh air and he was running out of steam and starting to nose dive. She was under his right arm and his left shoulder was going down and she was trying to push it back up to get him standing more erect. She was just over 5 foot tall and he must have stood at one time close to six feet. I was able to take him by the left side and accompany them back to their home. And to think I almost went the hour before and would have missed walking with them. |
