I am really working with my daughters right now on their softball basics. I have become my middle daughter's coach which has taken up a lot of my time. Also earlier this week my oldest daughter decided to kick me in my knee which now I am in a immobilizer and it hard to get around but I am doing the best I can. Everyone keep up the work. |

No no I got it. Joy is within I have to bring it out. Yep thats it. I think!
And pain is when I try to find joy from things like job or money or car. I got it. Have to start looking for Joy from within myself.
