Its to help you think more positive towords yourself!

The challenge is to do or say something nice each day no matter how small it is to your family or just helpin out a friend or just listen to them.

eg. letting an old person go in front of you at the suppermarket.

or telling your kids they have done a good job at reading?

Even if your having a bad day, just a smile to someone walking past you.

1- 30 mins a day- try to help us to start seeing the positive in things, and to know that we are doing something positive for ourself to.

Nickstar	nickstar Welcome back KAY KAY. Its great to see everyone doing a great job. Well I have help out a friend who had no dog or cat food so i went and got some for them. And today i cooked that same friend tea, and gave them a few tins and odds an ends to keep them going until pay day.
landaG	Great Looks like we are all doing great!! Hows everyone feeling? As for myself well this challenge has helped me you see Im more aware now as I have to log it to help people, family, and especally myself. Before doing positive seemed like a hassel (weird but true) now I love to do things makes me feel good inside. Hope all you are doing good talk soon.

Nickstar	I have I have help out my friend again by droping her son of home after school. I listen to a friend with her messy life.
St_Nick	celebrated my mentors birthday had a great time
landaG	Helped Helped at my sons school get ready for their 5th grade Graduation and also at a banquet that they had. WAS AWESOME!!! GREAT DAY read blog for more was an eye opener today.
