Exercise 5 Days a Week (30 Min a day)

Goal per member: 900 Time

Exercise Time.

This is to help motivate exercising for at least 30 min a day, five days a week. There are 168 hours in a week, it would seem manageable to set aside 4 of those hours for staying healthy and getting your heart rate up.  

 

Any kind of exercise is acceptable. I will be running three of the 5 days and doing muscle strength the other 2 days. 

 

The goal is a total of 900 minutes in 30 days.

I have to say, over this challenge period, i have definitely seen results... more so than i thought i would. My workouts have been intense, and I hope to continue this through the summer.

yeh i screwed up the individual goals in the description.. im gonna make another challenge after this month and allow for longer time for people to join

 

It really should be 600 minutes a person, which would be 20 days @ 30 minutes...

 

and depending on how many people we have, 600 x # of people...

 

but this was a good start...
