We all function according to the way we view ourselves and talk about ourselves. But being positive is sometimes easier said than done. Also do not want to do it on my own 
The goal is to say as often as possible positive things; about yourself about the things you do but also about others. So that you can make a positive change to your life your actions and the way you view others. Because you can change you and you can not change others.
So count your contributions to this positive change and record them in the challenge progress but also post your experiences difficulties progress thoughts to the comments area.
My goal is to do this as often as possible with a minimum of three a day.

| eiamrw | All that finally come to the end of the long long list of entries. Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to read through these notes. As you can see we had lots of fun friendship inspiration and positive affirmations.I certainly hope you feel inspired to start your own worthwhile challenge and get just as much fun etc... out of it as we did here.
For the participants thanks for all your contributions effort participation friendship and inspiration. It was fun it made a difference and I loved every day of it.

Guys, it had been wonderful being here and putting our heads together to make this challenge successful (and still going strong even at its end). We've been very positively supplemental to each other. I know that we still see each other in the other challenges ... but I was just wondering. Did it occur into your minds to have this challenge redone? Just a thought. Anyway, there's one (twin one) already going on (on its 4th day). We could do further boosting on them (only 2 members, no input yet). I took the liberty of doing a post (with my usual thought). Kindly do the same, should you have time. They need extra encouragement, I think. Again, it's just a thought.

| dr_july | Only 1 more day to go Wow this challenge was one of the best ones I participated in so far. I agree with eiamrw, everyone deserves to be boosted for sticking with this.

| eiamrw | All I BOOST everybody that cdontributed to this challenge. Allthough we still have 1 day to go this is the penultimate day of this challenge I'll make as much as I can out of that 1 day more but on this penultimate day I want to express that it was really great and wonderfull to meet so many people and be focused on this one challenge to reach positive change through positive affirmations.
I think we all did great with the 9 of us we boosted ourselves and each other so far more than 700 times over a period 29 days that comes down to 77 boosts each over that whole period that's over 2 boosts each every day.
I hope we all keep doing as good on day 31 to day xxxxx
