autumn mistautumn mistHELLOOOOOOOO .....

ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz you later!Sealed

autumn mistautumn mistSNAIL OR TURTLE?

My energy had been depleted the past few days and my concentration is on its lower level.  Not to mention, of course, that going around cheering and boosting others eats a bit of my time.  Not that I'm complaining - love doing it (feels like accomplishing some good deeds).  And I don't mind using a bit of my writing time to do some noble task in lifting others up (especially so, after receiving some hearty response from the recipients).  I might even draw inspiration from those messages.  Anyway, I'm still doing a bit of writing.

Well, tomorrow is another day.  Our train should be moving faster as we passed the half-way mark to the station.  Have a great challenging week, Folks.

Good thoughts, sunshine and bubbles to ALL.

Cheers,

Autumn MistKiss

DollDollslow week?

How is everyone doing?  Completing some tasks?

I'm on holidays next week from my "normal" jobs so will work on my home business since it's also my hobby.

Have a great weekend!

DollDollBusiness day?

ACtually, Monday is my normal day off from my jobs but today I did do a 2 hour shift at the restaurant.

I spent 45 min combing my angora bunnies, getting fiber ready to spin for yarn.

Drove just over 1 hour to purchase some other rabbits and chat with a friend about her fiber animals...ideas about marketing etc.

Need to look into some ideas for her.

Off to do some spinning now.

dr_julydr_julyI know I am an unofficial member:)

but just felt like sharing with you all.

Just the mental effort to get past the inertia has been so exhausting & draining, but somehow I managed to put in 4 days in a row towards my  highest priority & urgently-needing-completion goals.

I read somewhere that 'Hard work is the easy work you did not do when you had the time'.

My bad for procrastinating and for giving into self-doubts. But on a positive note, the boost team are really helping me get going past my inertia:).

merrilymerrilyDo NOT want to touch shed
AHHH just the thought makes me ill.  I have completed a hundred other things just so I don't have to touch the shed     still as long as it all gets done...
IrabellaIrabellagetting motivated

Its taken me a while but I've finally gotten started really working on my business plan.

Started reading a new marketing book with some great ideas - with the reading and making a plan from it, the hour just flew by.

This is another one of those things I have to stop putting off and just jump into it...

dru2dru2mixed

i'm having mixed results.

some days i feel bad and have no energy for no reason!  i'm trying to execute the "turn it on" lesson Coach taught us; i'm not feeling it today either!

last night i dressed up and went to a book store / coffee shop and worked.

didn't get much done, but i reviewed and organized so i can start working more quickly next time.

DollDollspinning

Today I spent 15 min spinning some really pretty purple/blue wool for a pair of socks.  I love spinning...this is part of my "fiber" business so can definitely count! lol

Actually I love doing my work whether it's wool related or music related.

Have a great day all!

autumn mistautumn mistGIDDYAP, MERRILY!
Achieve that goal, and the rest of your goals.  Happy for you, keep on "galloping".  Enjoy the ride!   "Tintinabula ting ting-a-ling a-ling".  This is Autumn cheering.
autumn mistautumn mistGOOD TO SEE YOU OFTEN, DR. "J" !

That is really great to see you constantly around.  You are an inspiration to the whole gang and vice-versa.  Well, at least the gate here is not locked ... you could always come in when you feel the need.  Keep going, keep coming, keep it up!  Upwards, onwards.  See you around.   The mist is behind, cheering you.  Hooray, girl!

autumn mistautumn mistHECTIC FEW DAYS ...

My spare time had been consumed by few appointments at home and so many urgent (lengthy) phone calls which prompted me to go over my task with 100% focus.  My niece is visiting and going over her paperworks (visa, ticket, etc.) and other related/needed  stuff is just draining.  So, I'm only able to put up 90 minutes in total for three days.  Well ... I guess it's better than none.  I could foresee this week will be delivering me roughly the same result.  Well, I just have to manage my time a little better tomorrow and the days to come within this week.  Other than that, things are settling slowly.  Oh, sending you all a big BOOST ... especially in regards to this challenge.  Have a great day, Guys!

Cheers,

Autumn MistKiss

merrilymerrilyNot on the list BUT very important
Today I went to a group riding lesson. This is not on my list here, but it is definetly on my life goal list.  So as I was there for so long, doing something towards achieving my life goal, I have included my time for that today.  SMILE SMILE SMILE.   It was fun..... I am one step closer to achieving my dream to rideLaughing
dr_julydr_julyeven though
I am officially not a member, I am happy to say that I was able to put in 30 min and more towards my goal for 2 days in a row. Hurray for me!!!LOL
dru2dru2control

When Coach asks us to find something that will improve our lives, and work on it for 5 minutes a day, he is teaching us control.

5 minutes a day is a small amount of time!

more importantly we are developing a good habit.

we are in control. our greatest resource is ourselves!  we can change anything! and we can make it happen, NOW.

don't be discouraged if you don't have a lot of minutes!  just 5 minutes a day is powerful

DollDollMy time

I was able to complete 30 min this morning!  Put a dent in my room but barely.  I hold fast and do the same tomorrow.

Have a great day all!

autumn mistautumn mistOUR GALLERY ... OUR SANCTUARY

I hope our photo gallery gets you inspired and more motivated to get on with your goal.  Thanks, 'Drew, for your gracious spirit in allowing me to do so.

I liken this gallery to a sanctuary where we stop and be more focused to this challenge.  Wishing you all the best outcome, enjoy this challenge, have a fabulous great day!

Peace, light and love,

Autumn MistKiss

autumn mistautumn mistON THE MOVE ...

My first day fall upon medical/dental appointments ... plus some running around outside (errand work, etc.).  Plastered by the end of the day.  Managed to double the time the following day (payback!) - half and half (the first being assigned to reorganizing my workstation, threw a lot of unnecessary papers (to the recycling bin); the next half was focused on doing necessary outlines/drafts.   The next day was  just a regular 1 hour mark (a bit of writing).  Will concentrate more on this scribbling next time.

Moving onward and upward.  Let's do it!  Have a challenging great day, folks!

Cheers,

Autumn MistKiss

DollDollOne more day!

I took another day off!

So tomorrow...back on track.  At least 30 min for me on Tuesday!
