Exercise 5 Days a Week (30 Min a day)

Goal per member: 600 hours

exercise.

This is to help motivate exercising for at least 30 min a day, five days a week. There are 168 hours in a week, it would seem manageable to set aside 4 of those hours for staying healthy and getting your heart rate up.  

 

Any kind of exercise is acceptable. I will be running three of the 5 days and doing muscle strength the other 2 days. 

 

The goal is a total of 600 minutes in 30 days per person.

Pilates is sooooo good... I've been doing my usual cycling to and from work... as well as weights twice a week. Just recently tried out yoga... and feel so much more relaxed. Added the flexibility component! Woot!!!

played in two soccer games on sat...

 

today is my day off...

Tried Pilates sorry its not for me, its not hard its torture.

 Just like the gym, rather do a real walk, a real bike ride , a real row in a real boat.

Going a hill walk next week, that should boost my minutes.

Due to this challenge, I realize I already put in a little over an hour of cardio a day. I've decided to change up my personal pov on this challenge: I'm going to pick up yoga twice a week, do weights twice a week, and will increase my running speed one day a week. :)  It's now a *challenge*.
