synostosis | Yessssss.... Pilates is sooooo good... I've been doing my usual cycling to and from work... as well as weights twice a week. Just recently tried out yoga... and feel so much more relaxed. Added the flexibility component! Woot!!! |

martind43 | Pilates again Tried Pilates sorry its not for me, its not hard its torture. Just like the gym, rather do a real walk, a real bike ride , a real row in a real boat. Going a hill walk next week, that should boost my minutes.

synostosis | Changing it up. :) Due to this challenge, I realize I already put in a little over an hour of cardio a day. I've decided to change up my personal pov on this challenge: I'm going to pick up yoga twice a week, do weights twice a week, and will increase my running speed one day a week. :) It's now a *challenge*. |
