Write a list of.... Write a list of things that you would like to change about yourself and how you intend on changing. How many minutes a day to spend on it? I say 30 min a day is a good amount of time,but take however long you would like.

I've just found you again!  Now TOOLS has put challenges we're participating in, as well as those we've created on our Profile Page, I can see you again!

 

And only 9 days remaining, how annoying!

 

Now, let's see what I can improve upon for today's list:

 

  1. I need to start the 2-10mins a day to improve something in my life.  There are mags on my floor and bills that need sorting anf filing!
  2. I need to chill more and spend some time having some fun each day.
  3. Meditate for 15mins daily
  4. Catch up on my Drawing Challenge, I now have two drawings to do this week! 

Do we make sure we do these things that day when we've listed them, or just think about them?

Hi TLH1989,

 

I'd be interested in joining, just not sure exactly what to do.

 

Do you write a new list every day and think about it for 30 mins a day?  or do you make your list, then follow it for 30 days?

 

I'm new to these challenges and need all the help I can get with them please!

smoking I plan on keeping only three on me a day to cut back and so on til I quit.

 

I was neglecting to do laudry so im just going to get up and do it and quit being lazy.

 

I feel indifferent when around friends who have (positive)feelings about me like I am very doubtful even though its obvious they care-I dont know what to do about that one.

 

(this is all I have so far but I will be adding more)
