I have listed some fun and easy ab workout exercises using Swiss Ball that I do. Don’t forget the Planks we covered earlier in our Ab challenge. Also if you have not used the swiss ball and starting new then Bosu Ball is a good idea for you (see section 2)Will post more challenging ones in the future J And please keep on sharing your fav exercises that you really enjoy doing or gives you great results.
