Depression can be a large load to bear alone and even if one is receiving therapy it feels good to be reassured by others who have experienced similar situations that everything will be ok and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I suppose that I have spent most of my life depressed. My Mom was and still does get depressed, my kids get depressed. I wonder if my kids get depressed because they learned the behavior from me or if it is hereditary or a combination of both. Anyone share your thoughts? »
