First off, I should probably go see a doc and not rely on a forum to diagnose me. lol

I get wildly obssesed witht things that I like and i'm in a great mood, then theres times where i feel like my chest is going to explode with tension and EVERY little thing  makes me want to kill somebody(figuratively of course). I get sensitive to light when I'm going through these episodes.

Any ideas?
