I continually search for new and healthier foods , herbs etc. I am just real with faith as much as i can be...and do not try to be a fraud about it. i tutor immigrants, am involved in reading ministries and reaching out to senior citizens. I find a balanced life allows for all these activities, plus a full time job, husband and two dogs (labs). I am always seeking out new foods *healthier.....and do not go out to restaurants. I love the natural life (stopped dyeing my hair) and try to be a HTC -hip tranquil chick.... 

So you have many friends I believe who agree with you too...but it takes much effort to change over to a healthy and balance life style.
