Shocked but Happy to Announce..... I have met my first goal and gone past it! Laughing I started off at 286 and wanted to get to 280. Then I wanted to get to 275 and made that. My next goal was 270. As of yesterday I weigh 270! My new Goal is 260. I have not weighed in the 260's since 1996. »

I got back into the 270's. I weigh 278! Laughing Yes it is close to 280 but it is in the 270's and that was my goal. Now my next goal is to get to 270 lbs. Some of the things that I have been doing that has helped in addition to drinking lots of water: 1. eating at home 2. smaller portions 3. lots o »
