The Healthy You
When I joined I searched for a weight loss support group and couldn't find one. So I thought well why not start me own.
Now as you can see I need to lose alot of weight but that is not my main goal. My goal is to be healthy. For some that may be 116lbs and for others 200lbs. Health can not be measured on a scale.
First off please understand I am by no means a doctor but a person that cares and wants to help those that want support in becoming healthy.
Alot have happened in my life in the last 3 years that made me rethink my life and who I am. So I am on the same journey as you are on.
My first list of goals for myself I will share with you is:
1. set reachable weight loss goals right now 10 lbs at a time.
2. to improve my immune system so that I can remain healthy.
3. to improve my health to the point I can stop taking medications such as diabetic and so forth.
See I set small goals so that they are reachable. When setting goals you don't want to reach for the moon because you will only miss the mark. Then end up hurting yourself and you know what happens then because it has happened so many times before.
We will not let it happen again. Together we will set small reachable goals and encourage each other along the road of a healier us.
