Hey guys, I've just join this group, but I been on a healthy diet for a long time now. I workout 3 or 4 times a week to control my weight, I used to be a size 18 (New Zealand sizing) and I was unhappy with my body as my butt, thighs, tummy are my biggest problem. I do my workouts before the clock hits 11am and having the time management is a blessing too. I want to control my belly as I hate that part of me. I'm doing the body makeover course on tools and some things I disagree with, I guess that's normal? I need support as my family don't seem to care much about me eating differently, have you guys got ideas on how I can control my junk food habits very rear I'll have junk food but would be nice to control my eating habits, I want to be the one in control lol!

I just joined this group today.  It's part of my helping others, because that does make me feel good.

 

Most people would consider me in ridiculously good shape, I'm not here to lose any weight, I'm hear to help others with their problems which especially include the difference between being thin and being healthy.

 

Junk food, have you been drinking your water?  Drink, drink, drink. Do you crave salty things or sweets?  Either way there are a ton of substitutes for your normal junk food that will probably taste just as good, in fact they will be a lot healthier too, so you'll feel better eating them.  What are the foods, I'll see if I can come up with any alternatives.

I did store all junk food in a high shelve that I have to get a chair to get to it, most of the time forget that I even have them. I need a diet that is healthy but prevents me gaining so much weight as I am 14 in New zealand sizing, the last thing I want is to be size 16 (New Zealand sizing).
