I just joined this group today. It's part of my helping others, because that does make me feel good.
Most people would consider me in ridiculously good shape, I'm not here to lose any weight, I'm hear to help others with their problems which especially include the difference between being thin and being healthy.
Junk food, have you been drinking your water? Drink, drink, drink. Do you crave salty things or sweets? Either way there are a ton of substitutes for your normal junk food that will probably taste just as good, in fact they will be a lot healthier too, so you'll feel better eating them. What are the foods, I'll see if I can come up with any alternatives.
