Today Ellis went off on the new intern about cutting back on days he planned to work.  He gave his speech about doing the things you don't want to do but know  you should so that you get the results you want in life.  "Harden Up, Positive Attitude, Sacrifice, Work Hard, Have Fun"  If I had played it over a loud speaker I am confident a riot of empowerment would have pursued.  Awesome.
