Maintaining Sobriety

Can I live my life without drugs or alcohol - YES you can!

I expect that if you are joining this group it is because you have managed to remove a substance (drug, or alcohol) from you're life! It doesn't matter if you are one day sober, or many days sober. We all have something to learn and to share with others. From the first time you decide to stop using any substance you can begin to work on "maintaining your sobriety".

This group is to discuss common and not so common obstacles that can occur in your sobriety. I aim to update this group weekly with tips and information for all.

I take your sobriety seriously and expect you to do the same. If you are still using or are planning to use this is not the group for you. All change starts from within.

Apart from the topics I will be covering on a weekly basis, I encourage all members to discuss in the group, share experiences and talk about challeges that are specific to their recovery.

I'm starting to feel like a lost cause and would love to hear from anyone who has time in who started out the same. At this point a little encouragement would go a long way. Today I have 2 days clean and realy am »
