The purpose of this group is to coach and support each other as we strive to achieve our goals. I ask that each person post at least weekly and address the following:
- Share a goal victory that you accomplished this week. Example: hitting an income target, working out, spending time with family, etc.
- Share a challenge faced during the week and ask for feedback. For example, if you did not exercise as intended, ask the group for tips on motivation, etc., or just a bit of encouragement!
- Share 2 or 3 goals that you would like to accomplish in the coming week. These are the goals you will discuss in the following week's post.
In addition, I ask that each person respond to other's posts. This will only work if everyone is active.
